We are seeking a driven and strategic Director of Cellular Sales to lead growth initiatives focused on Comba ComFlex NG Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and CBRS solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies targeting Third-Party Operators (3POs), Neutral Hosts, Enterprise customers, and the Healthcare and Real Estate sectors.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep industry experience, strong technical and business acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative in-building wireless solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Comba ComFlex NG and related cellular DAS solutions across assigned markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share among 3POs, Neutral Hosts, Enterprises, Healthcare, and Real Estate clients.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, integrators, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Comba CBRS product line.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployments.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings nationwide.
- Mentor and guide sales team members to achieve and exceed growth targets.
Requirements
Education : candidates should have Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Sales Experience : candidates should have 5+ years of successful sales experience primarily focused on RF solutions in the cellular frequency bands within the 3PO, Enterprise, Healthcare, or Real Estate Markets.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in competitive technology sectors.Strong understanding of in-building wireless systems, cellular technologies, and DAS architecture.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term growth initiatives and near-term revenue objectives.Stability : candidates should have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team oriented, cross-functional and highly dynamic environment and to meet company Goals & Priorities.Communications : candidates should have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated.Travel : candidates must be willing to travel on short notice (on customer demand) 50%+ and stay within company cost guidelines.Location : USA (Company HQ in Allen, TX and Milpitas, CA).Product Background : Strong background in wireless communications technology with deep expertise in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) – including both commercial / cellular DAS and public safety DAS (ERRCS) – as well as CBRS and private LTE networks.
