Position Overview

Join us in the winter of 2025 and help us continue the legacy of fostering creativity, nurturing talent, and celebrating the individual artistic journey at Interlochen. We are seeking Maintenance / Grounds staff members who embody our core values. As a Maintenance / Grounds staff member, you'll play a major role in helping to remove snow around the campus and other weather related tasks. This is an on call / contingent position with work scheduled as needed, not to exceed 40 hours per week. A meal is also provided during your shift.
