• Oversee cash flow activities, including forecasting and monitoring to maintain financial stability.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability.
• Manage billing operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for multiple business units, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to manage vendor relationships while optimizing cost controls.
• Implement and monitor cost analysis processes to support business objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Extensive experience in managing month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to oversee cash flow and cost analysis effectively.
• Expertise in working with pricing strategies and billing systems.
• Strong knowledge of managing financial operations across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite platforms.
