What You’ll Love About This Opportunity :

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. – no nights or weekends

Low Patient Volume : Average of just 12–14 patients per day to ensure quality time and care

Team-Based Care : Work alongside NPs / PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, and referral support

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the state of practice
