People Experience Coordinator
Under the direction of the People Experience Manager, the People Experience Coordinator will enable a culture of excellence through assisting with the administrative requirements of the People Experience department. You will be expected to provide great customer service to all team members, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in the interactions you have with team members. This role will support facility level safety program initiatives with dotted line accountability to the North America Safety Manager.

This person is curious, team-oriented, always thinking about process improvements and will role up their sleeves to get the job done. You are comfortably independent and forward thinking. The Must Haves :
Must be bilingual in Spanish / English; read, write and speak proficientlyMust have a High School diploma, college degree or related certificate a plusMust have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a prior HR role with working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. Leave Administration, Recruiting)Prior experience working in or supporting a warehousing and logistics operation preferredMust be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data entry and emailMust be 18 years or older to applyMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, sitting for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing, climbing ladders / stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. when stepping into the warehouseThings You Will Be Doing :
Serve as primary HR contact for English- and Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring timely and effective supportProvide guidance on payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence administrationConduct new hire orientations in both English and SpanishSupport recruiting efforts and assist with onboarding activitiesMaintain and update HRIS records, including hires, transfers, terminations, and job changesEnsure accuracy and compliance in employee files and HR documentationAssist with NRI safety program initiativesGenerate HR reports and provide data support for internal departmentsContribute to special HR initiatives and cross-departmental projects as neededPerks :
