Shift & Pay

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM start
  • Compensation : Starting at $22 / hour , depending on experience

    • Career Growth Opportunity : This role is designed with a clear path to grow into a Service I Technician position, based on business needs. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s motivated to build a long-term career in the field—with increased responsibilities and pay as you advance.

    Responsibilities

  • Prep and distribute glass and parts for 9 local service trucks daily.
  • Inspect glass during the pulling process to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and readiness.
  • Purge completed or canceled orders from the 915 area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve missing or damaged orders.
  • Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
  • Live out Milgard’s values and help build a positive, team-first culture.

    • Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience—window manufacturing is a big plus!
  • Glass handling knowledge is a bonus.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted .
  • Strong self-management and multitasking skills.
  • Team player attitude with a commitment to collaboration.
