Step into the shop : a day in this role

Join a fast-moving production team where you’ll turn raw materials into finished, installation-ready products. Your day begins by reviewing the production schedule, gathering materials, and setting up equipment. You’ll measure precisely, fabricate and assemble to spec, and prepare items for installation and shipment. Throughout the shift, you’ll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely, complete quality checks, and document output so daily goals are met. You’ll be trained in approved manufacturing methods to deliver consistent, reliable results—and you’ll help keep the work area organized and safe by reporting any equipment or safety concerns right away.

What you’ll do

• Build and assemble products to company standards with accurate measurements.
• Stage and prepare materials and completed goods for installation and shipment.
• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Immediately escalate equipment issues or safety concerns to management.
