💕A Day in the Life at the Center

Every day brings new joy, discovery, and connection.

Your morning starts by assigning staff to classrooms and reviewing nursing documentation for quality assurance. Then, you’ll greet families and children as they arrive — offering a warm smile and helping set the tone for a positive day.

Throughout the day, you’ll :

Support nursing staff and aideswith interventions and daily activities.

Engage with childrenin their classrooms — joining in crafts, songs, or even organizing a fall carnival or petting zoo!

Collaborate with physicians and familiesto ensure each child’s medical needs are met.

Develop and update care plans, track infections, and review chart audits.

You’ll end your day with a sense of pride — knowing your leadership helped your team create brighter days and healthier futures for the children we serve.

🩺Responsibilities

As a Nursing Supervisor, you’ll play a vital leadership role in ensuring quality pediatric care and staff development.

Coordinate care for children agesbirth to eight yearsin a center-based setting.

Providedirect patient carewhen needed.

Evaluate theeffectiveness of nursing interventionsand collaborate with physicians to improve outcomes.

Lead and mentor staff througheducation, support, and professional development.

🎓Requirements

Active RN License(State of PA)

Two years of pediatric nursing experiencewithin the last five years (preferred)

Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification(can be obtained during orientation)

Management experience preferredbut not required
