Anatomic / Cytology Operations Supervisor - Clifton, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay range : $64,900 - $116,820 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Is responsible for overseeing the pre & post analytical non-technical operation of the Anatomic Department, including Offsite Hubs and File Retention in compliance with CLIA regulations.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications : JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Education : High School or GED Equivalent; Some college preferred.

Work Experience : 5 years Cytology Data Entry experience, 5 years Pathology experience and 5

Transcribing experience, typing 60 wpm, 10 key by touch.

Special Requirements : Extensive Medical Terminology, practical and lab experience. Strong supervisory skills, i.e., effective communication written and verbal, professional deportment, assertive diplomacy, etc. The skills required for implementing all standard laboratory procedures. An awareness of the factors that influence test results. TBS terminology. Implement company policies and procedures at all times.
