A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle requests and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and evaluate requests through various channels and determine appropriate actions
Monitor facility controls and alarms, ensuring proper communication for resolution
Facilitate key sign-out / in, distribution of access cards, and perform follow-up actions on service requests
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in customer service or communications
Six months of experience operating a computer and related peripheral equipment
Three months of experience in information research and analysis
