Summary

The Director will report to the MD, Basel Reporting and will manage the quarterly production cycle for the regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities For The Role :

Conduct first level review of regulatory reporting schedule including and not limited to Call Report, FRY-9C, Y-9LP sure to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Maintain and organize documentation in accordance with regulatory reporting policies and procedures.

Analyze and present RWA and Capital Ratio variances and trends to the Managing Director of Capital Reporting and escalating any material exceptions.

Specify data requirements to providers for new products, as well as for new or modified instructions.

Deliver walkthroughs of reporting processes to Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Teams.

Work on ad-hoc impact studies by the Regulators.

Key Skills / Experience Qualifications For The Role :

Must Have :

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

5-7+ years of experience in regulatory reporting for banks in the US. Specifically, Call Report, FRY-9C, Y-9LP.

Experience working with AXIOM (ASL), JIRA, and Workiva, Close Manager.

Excellent interpersonal, team player, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with data providers and technology partners to explain reporting requirements.

Familiarity with other reports such as FFIEC 102, FRY-15 or CCAR

Experience with Power Bi and Visio

CPA, CFA, or other similar designation

Experience in change management and exception escalation

The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
