Accounts Receivable Clerk

Ted Moore Auto Group is looking for a self-starting, outgoing and dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. We offer on-site training, prefer to promote from within, and have a strong understanding of the work / life balance. The position is full-time, Monday -Friday.

Qualifications include :

Professional appearance and demeanor

Positive attitude

Posting payments

Ensuring timely collection of past due accounts

Monthly statements

Reconciliation of data

Vendor inquiries

Set up of new accounts

Data Entry

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Qualifications desired :

Dealership accounting experience a plus but not required

Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Drive experience is a plus

Dealer Track (DMS) experience is a plus
