Beacon Health System is hiring Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) for multiple departments with varying shifts and schedules in Allegan. We’re proud to offer premium pay rates along with opportunities to grow and thrive as part of a mission-driven team.

This role, along with other opportunities at Beacon Allegan, will be featured at our in-person hiring event on Tuesday, October 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. No registration is required — walk-ins are welcome!

Patient Care Assistants are under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, may be assigned a variety of duties designed to assist with the direct care of the patient. This may include ordering and stocking unit supplies of all types needed for patient care and locating shared equipment within the hospital. Timely and efficient completion of these tasks is required for quality patient care. Interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate effectively and relate politely to patients, visitors and fellow staff members.
