Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and analytics function for AMD's AI and Enterprise Marketing team, including CPU, GPU, DPU and NW.
Be a key leader in the marketing organization, driving alignment across product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to accelerate market growth and adoption of AMD's datacenter offerings.
Lead the development and socialization of the marketing strategy and its alignment to business imperatives.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Build and lead robust marketing analytics to inform actionable insights, market intelligence, and performance tracking for strategic resourcing, budgets, and plans.
Lead and scale AMD's global Customer Engagement Centers to brief and close opportunities with some of our largest customers.
Lead a team responsible for AMD's sales and partner enablement tools, ensuring they address sales and partner feedback and incorporate new tactics in learning and development.
Leverage market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Mentor and foster a team of marketing strategists and analysts, cultivating a high-performance, data-driven culture.
Present marketing plans and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency in decision making.
Apply knowledge of best practices and technologies to the design, development, and testing of various AMD products.

Qualifications Degree required
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Qualifications : Amount and type of experience required
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or closely related marketing role or business analyst.
Alternate combination of education and experience
Employer will accept alternate combination of education and experience : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related marketing role or business analyst.
Specific skills required
The following skills are required :
B2B sales and marketing cycles; and
Utilizing marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Salesforce and Power BI.
