Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are a SaaS platform that allows HR teams to create, manage and distribute employee-led content. Our platform is primarily built for enterprise clients, such as Boots, Next, Berkeley Group, Civil Service, Knight Frank, FCA & more.
This is the first sales hire to join our dynamic team and requires a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, your core responsibility will be to drive lead generation efforts, with a focus on identifying and engaging enterprise-level clients. You will play a critical role in fueling the sales pipeline through strategic outreach across multiple channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within targeted outreach to enterprise accounts
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns using a mix of email, social, phone, and other channels
- Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Book and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and CEO
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our solutions
- Work closely with the CEO to develop account strategies and improve conversion rates

Location : Remote
UK Working Hours : 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Salary Range : R25 000 - R30 000 + commission & performance bonuses
