Lead Technical Advisor

Williams is looking for a Lead Technical Advisor to oversee our HVAC and Plumbing maintenance programs, support field technicians, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service year-round. In this role, you'll manage the entire maintenance workflow, from scheduling to quality control, while improving processes, developing service technicians, and driving system reliability across our customer base.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee scheduling, completion, and quality assurance for all maintenance visits.
- Support HVAC / Plumbing service technicians in the field with troubleshooting, documentation standards, and service consistency.
- Audit maintenance reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and follow-up recommendations.
- Develop and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and checklists for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager on system deficiencies, training needs, and potential sales opportunities.
- Track performance trends to develop proactive maintenance strategies and reduce recurring issues.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations to keep schedules efficient and organized.
What You Bring :
