Overview
Our client, a global materials technology company, is seeking a Cyber Security Engineering Manager to lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions. This role oversees a talented technical team responsible for implementing and maintaining security platforms, managing vulnerabilities, and delivering data-driven risk insights that strengthen the company's global security posture.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the manager will play a key role in aligning engineering, operations, and strategy across corporate and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Security Engineering & Support team, including personnel management, budgeting, and delivery of secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
Oversee the deployment, lifecycle management, and support of global security technologies across IT, end-user, and cybersecurity domains.
Own and execute the organization's vulnerability management strategy, ensuring visibility into threats and proactive reduction of the attack surface.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity risk and compliance dashboards, providing actionable insights through KPIs and KRIs.
Manage operational security functions such as privileged access, compliance support, and technology governance in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Partner with IT, business units, and manufacturing technology teams (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA) to ensure secure integration and operational resilience across enterprise and plant-level systems.
