• Contract Type : Locum Tenens | Rural Primary Care + Inpatient Rounding
• Schedule :  4 Days / Week (Flexible) | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | No Call or Weekends
• Start Date : ASAP – Ongoing
• Board Requirement : Board Certified in Family Medicine

Board Certification : Family Medicine (MD / DO)

Licensure : Active Wisconsin Medical License

Certifications : DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CSR
