Pediatrix Medical group is seeking board-certified Pediatricians to join our team at OhioHealth Obleness Hospital in Athens OH on a per diem basis to provide coverage of the Newborn Nursery.Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists - No Pediatric floor coverage24-hour shift of rounding plus offsite callPediatric Hospitalists will perform circsPediatric Consultations : Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department offering timely assessments recommendations and treatment plans for pediatric patients.Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with a team of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Continuous Quality Improvement CQI : The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.Knowledge Exchange : Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.

24-hour flat rate to include rounding night call and 4 hours

Schedule  Varied, 24 hour shift of rounding plus offsite call
