About the Role

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is a minimum of 5 years of sales or sales management experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a Master's in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Sales position at the company will have a background in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management, and experience in non-standard insurance is a plus. The role demands a leader who can foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead change management processes, and define performance measurements to ensure sales success.
