Job Description :

Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial / business clients, including large corporate and high-revenue accounts

Manage inquiries primarily via email (85–90%), with limited phone interactions for escalations or sensitive cases

Handle basic treasury service requests and ensure accurate resolution

Toggle efficiently between multiple internal systems

Maintain a focus on client satisfaction and “client delight”

Meet all client communication, risk, and audit expectations

Provide coverage for associates with assigned client portfolios during absences (no permanent portfolio assignment)
