• Provide physical therapy services for 6-8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
• Participate in a non-billable orientation of 4 hours.
• Demonstrate effective management of patient caseload.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt therapy techniques based on patient progress and needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic practices and home exercises.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice standards.
