We are looking for a 5–6 year Corporate Associate to handle middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity deals in our Denver office.

Opportunity Overview

A leading Am Law firm seeks you to work on complex transactions for sophisticated clients within a lean, collaborative team that values initiative, client contact, and high-quality work.

You will be part of a corporate group that regularly advises on private equity and M&A transactions, giving you meaningful responsibility and direct interaction with partners, clients, and deal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in middle market and lower middle market M&A transactions.
• Work on a broad range of private equity transactions for sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with partners and deal teams to provide comprehensive legal support across the transaction lifecycle.
• Assist with outside general counsel work as needed for corporate clients.
• Support due diligence, structuring, documentation, and closing of transactions.
