Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming space for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, focusing on each client's unique needs and fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans that promote stable functioning and empower clients on their mental health journey.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining high professional standards.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health.
