Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Mandarin + English.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Executive Business Development Managers in the brand acquisition process

Secure 10-15 significant Business Development deals annually, each driving over $50M in GMV

Develop vendor target strategies in collaboration with the Vendor Management team and oversee business development processes

Required Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required

8+ years of experience in leading and managing teams

Experience in process management, P&L management, KPI tracking, and CRM management

Extensive negotiation experience with C-Suite executives and SMB owners

Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills to senior executive levels
