NY Events NY LLC is hiring professional and reliable event staff for a private event in Austin, Texas on October 16–17, 2025 .

We’re seeking candidates with strong hospitality experience, attention to detail, and a professional appearance to join our team for this high-profile engagement.

Multiple positions are available, including :

Event Servers

Bartenders / Kitchen Helpers

Buffet Attendants

Hosts / Door Greeters

Doormen / Security Personnel

Cleaning Crew (Day-After Reset Team)

Event Schedule :

Thursday, October 16th

Event Time : 4 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM (6.5 hours of service)

Roles : Event Servers, Bartenders, Kitchen Helpers, Buffet Attendant, Bathroom Attendants, Doormen, and Hosts

Friday, October 17th

Cleaning Crew : 9 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (3 hours of service)

Duties and Responsibilities :

Event Servers / Bartenders / Kitchen Helpers

Provide attentive and efficient food & beverage service

Assist with buffet setup, popsicle station, and plating support

Keep service stations stocked and clean throughout the event

Follow directions from client leads and venue managers

Hosts / Door Team

Greet and assist guests upon arrival

Manage check-in and wristband distribution

Oversee entry flow and maintain order at the venue entrance

Doormen / Security Support

Monitor entry points and manage guest access

Ensure safety and proper guest flow

Assist with minor security or crowd management needs

Cleaning Crew

Restore venue to original condition post-event

Handle sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general cleanup tasks

Uniform Requirements :

Black Bistro Uniform : Black dress shirt, black pants, and black closed-toe shoes

Neat grooming and professional presentation required
