ProLogistix is looking for a Service Center Claims Handler for Volvo in Byhalia, MS.

The ideal associate thrives in a fast paced environment, has excellent customer service skills, provides clear communication, is a natural problem solver and works well under pressure. We are looking for a self starter that enjoys assisting customers via email and phone to solve shipping problems. You will be in a professional office to support Volvo's parts warehouse. You will be a member of the customer service team and may be required to cross train in other office positions to support the team.

Responsibilities :

Track cargo

Ability to Analyze Data

Respond to Emails / Phone Calls

Investigate and process discrepancy claims

Job Types : Full-time

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Location : Byhalia, MS 38611

Experience : Microsoft Office : 1 year (Preferred)

Language : English (Required) Bilingual (Preferred)

Work Location : In person

High School Diploma (or GED)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- 1 year (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to sit / stand 8 hours
