We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our team as we prepare for this exciting reopening. This critical back-of-house role requires expertise in both meat and fish fabrication , a sharp eye for quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, fine-dining setting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of whole-animal butchery, fish breakdown, portioning, and product preservation—ensuring nothing goes to waste and every ingredient is handled with care.
