eos Products is hiring : Sr. Manager, Public Relations in New York

Overview :

The Sr. Manager of PR will lead consumer-facing public relations initiatives, with responsibility for media relations, brand events and activations, awards programs, and key opinion leader (KOL) and creator engagement. This role is perfect for someone with strong beauty / CPG PR experience who thrives at storytelling, building relationships, and driving cultural relevance.

Responsibilities :

• Lead PR strategy : Own the development and execution of consumer PR initiatives that build brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
• Manage agency partner : Oversee our PR agency, who will handle pitching, editor outreach, product mailings, and day-to-day media engagement.
• Media & creator relations : Through our agency partners, cultivate relationships with beauty editors, producers, and creators to drive impactful coverage and partnerships.
• Brand events & activations : Lead planning and execution of events, press previews, and brand activations that bring our stories to life.
• Beauty awards management : Partner with Corporate Comms on submissions and relationships for awards programs, ensuring our products receive maximum visibility.
• Partnerships & broadcast : Manage both paid broadcast opportunities and unpaid media partnerships to maximize exposure.
• Measurement & reporting : Track coverage, impressions, and share of voice; report results and insights to marketing leadership.
