Job Description

Manage all aspects of plumbing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance.

Lead and mentor a team of plumbing technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring that work is performed efficiently and up to code.

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability at the job site.

Interpret and review project blueprints and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation of plumbing systems.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Foster positive client relationships by providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or questions.

Proactively identify and address project challenges, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Utilize email and technology systems for project documentation, communication, and management.

Proven experience managing plumbing projects within the construction industry.
