Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the frontline representative for patient and provider inquiries.
Provide empathetic, timely, and effective responses via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, platform navigation, and general service questions.
Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining ownership of the issue.
Document all interactions accurately and adhere to compliance standards.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated through :
Background in telehealth, healthcare, or medical environment.
Prior experience working in a patient-support role is a strong asset.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical terminology is a plus.
