Trade Marketing – Project Manager
Hours : 9–5 PM EST (40 hrs / week)
Pay Rate : $27 / hr
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : Through 02 / 13 / 2026 (possible extension or permanent conversion)
Location : NYC
Hybrid : 2x per week in the office
GENERAL FUNCTION
This role supports trade marketing initiatives with a specialized focus on finance, logistics, cross-functional coordination, and digital transformation . Responsibilities include managing a dual-market CAPEX / OPEX budget (U.S. & Canada), coordinating vendor activities during an RFP process, and helping transition from Excel-based tracking to a centralized project management platform.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily management of U.S. and Canada trade marketing CAPEX / OPEX budgets
- Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing
- Support vendor operations and workflow optimization during an RFP consolidation
- Assist in defining and documenting requirements for a new project management tool
- Monitor logistics and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets
