About the Role

The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring our residents, future residents, and internal team members receive exceptional service. You will complete service orders at multiple properties throughout the Long Beach area. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders in alignment with Borba Property Group standards by troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, and gathering necessary materials.
• Utilize our online platform,  Appfolio , to review and update work orders, add notes, upload photos, and log completion times.
• Travel between properties within the Long Beach area to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally.
