As a Recruiting Coordinator for the Product and Technology team , you will support Recruiters , Hiring Managers , and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Key responsibilities include quality assurance on requisitions , research support , scheduling interviews , and resume screening as needed.

- Scheduling requested interviews
- Creating and routing requisitions for approval
- Serving as a back-up to Recruiters for processing and administering hiring documents
- Initiating background checks and monitoring reports to ensure timely onboarding of candidates
- Maintaining applicant files to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Collaborating with Recruiters to support Talent Acquisition and Diversity initiatives
- Providing ad hoc reporting as requested by Recruiters and / or HR Leaders
- Supporting special projects as requested
- Conducting requisition audits to ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance
- Coordinating job fairs / events / advertising , including registration and collecting post-event details
- Processing payments for job fairs / events
- Attending recruiting events as needed
- Facilitating travel requests, accommodations & reimbursements for candidates
- Performing other duties as required
Required Qualifications
Experience :
2+ years in recruiting, human resources, or administrative supportEducation :
High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceTechnical Skills :
Proficiency with MS OfficePrior ATS experience preferred ( iCIMS )Skills :
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage confidential informationExcellent interpersonal skills to interact at all levels with diplomacy and professionalismAbilities :
Fluency in EnglishAbility to make sound judgments , work independently , and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
