Position Summary
SRS Acquiom is currently searching for a Compliance Specialist for our Contract Administration team.
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing and analyzing SRS Acquiom's contractual obligations under the definitive agreements, as it applies to the distribution of transaction consideration and funds.
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to ensure all relevant information is received to ensure a timely distribution.
The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, is a self-starter but also capable of working well on a team, can quickly comprehend key provisions of complex agreements, think outside the box to solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role is fully remote within the Continental United States and reports to our Sr. Director, Contract Administration.
The salary range for this position is between $75K and $85K, depending on level of experience.
