Job descriptionJoin the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island with nine neighborhood-based clinics " all Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Family Nurse Practitioner; minimum 3+ years of primary care experience; ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a larger provider group; confident learning new EHR; Licensed / eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-cultural experience highly valued.
