Emergency / Urgent Care Technical Coordinator (ANML HEALTH TCHN 2 VMTH)

Under the general direction of the Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) Supervisor, the Technical Coordinator provides front-line technical support for ECC and Urgent Care Services. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering client calls regarding urgent pet care needs, facilitating case transfers from referring veterinarians when clinicians are unavailable, and offering paraveterinary technical assistance to veterinarians.

Key Responsibilities

• 60% – ECC and Urgent Care Service Support
• 40% – ECC and Urgent Care Technical Support

Salary

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $26.20 / hr to $34.31 / hr. Salary is paid bi-weekly.
