While many positions at Coinbase allow for remote work, this role requires in-person participation throughout the year. We organize multiple offsite events annually to encourage teamwork, connection, and alignment. Your presence at these events is essential and fully supported.

We are pioneering innovative crypto solutions, such as onchain-capable AI agents and speedy, cost-efficient payment systems. Our small team functions with the agility of a startup, maintaining strong ownership and a steadfast commitment to delighting onchain builders.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate within a small team to enhance the developer experience iteratively.
• Guide new features from initial ideas through prototyping, user testing, and production.
• Create simple and intuitive web and mobile designs.
• Participate in regular design reviews to gather feedback and refine your work.
• Help determine product strategy while implementing the product roadmap.
• Engage daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams.

Pay Transparency Notice : The target annual salary for this position ranges from $180,370 to $212,200 USD, adjusted based on your work location. Full-time offers also include a target bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
