Applicants for the Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a minimum of a high school diploma and 8 years' of experience in leading and managing financial activities, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale financial operations, particularly in the public sector, and a deep knowledge of financial strategy, budgeting, risk management, and fiscal policy. Experience in complex project financing and a strong understanding of GAAP and GASB principles are also required.
