Charting System : EpicCare Inpatient - EMR

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or post-acute care

Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and assessment skills

Homecare RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, following individualized care plans

Perform patient assessments and monitor progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures

Document all care provided using Epic EMR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
