Job descriptionField Oversee all daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and smooth execution of ground-up construction activities. Scheduling & Manage project schedules, inspections, sequencing, and daily work planning to keep the project on track. Subcontractor Direct and coordinate subcontractors, verify workmanship, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Safety & Quality Enforce safety standards, maintain OSHA compliance, conduct site inspections, and ensure high-quality construction throughout the project. Documentation & Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation while providing consistent updates to owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams. 5-10 years of superintendent experience with ground-up construction across industrial, manufacturing, tilt-wall, warehouse, healthcare, or similar projects. Industry Must come from a general contracting firm with field leadership experience managing large-scale, ground-up work. Technical Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar), blueprint reading, and jobsite documentation. Skills & Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex jobsite operations and multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
