Under the supervision of a radiologist, and direction of the Lead CT Tech, this position competently performs imaging on a multi-detector CT scanner. Responsible for scanning and imaging protocols. Must have the ability to recognize cross-sectional anatomy, performs CTA's and inject contrast media where applicable. Responsible for providing service excellence and complying with hospital policies and procedures. Uses the RIS / PACS and HIS for proper recording of patient exams and dissemination of patient results.
