Salary : $140,000 - $158,000 annually

Citizens Electric Corporation is adding a Compliance Specialistto lead our environmental and NERC compliance programs. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about regulatory integrity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage NERC / SERC and CIP compliance programs
  • Oversee environmental compliance (PCB, spill prevention, training)
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans
  • Provide compliance training and coordinate across departments
  • Stay current on regulatory standards and implement updates

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 35 years in NERC compliance
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
