Pay Rate : $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Tue 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Wed 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Thur 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Fri 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for armed security personnel.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, following established protocols for financial institution settings.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client-specific requirements.

Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and / or clients at the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Possess an active Armed Guard Card or License.

Possess a valid Guard Card or License is preferred.

Possess current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Possess customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
