Responsibilities
Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients
Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates
Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options
Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business
Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals
Handle customer inquiries
Sell and solicit / provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirements
Candidates must clear a background check
Proven leadership and communication skills
Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
One year minimum sales experience preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
