This position will support the daily tasks and operations of the Office of Civic Engagement & Students Assistance including but not limited to :

• Implement, develop, and assist with programs and activities related to community service, community engagement, student assistance, civic engagement, and the Lobo Pantry.- Assist with the management of the Lobo Pantry including marketing, social media, data entry, record keeping, inventory, and food distribution.- Assist with Marketing and Promotions of Events and Activities, including designing flyers and creating social media content- Support programs, events, and initiatives of the Division of Student Affairs as needed- Perform general office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, check and route mail, data entry, maintain records, and filing systems, handle confidential information, etc.- Attend trainings and departmental meetingsOther duties as assigned
