Job Summary :

  • Are you an enthusiastic leader with a flair for animal care?
  • We are seeking a dynamic Dog Daycare and Boarding Kennel Manager to oversee operations at our two bustling locations.
  • This is your chance to work in a rewarding environment where you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring dogs receive the love and attention they deserve while maintaining our high service standards.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and Inspire :  Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.

    • Create Fun and Safe Spaces :

  • Develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.

    • Drive Excellence :

  • Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.

    • Engage with Clients :

  • Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch.

    • Manage Operations :

  • Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.

    • Promote Our Passion :

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement.

    • Weekends Included :

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation.
  • Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A deep love for animals and a commitment to their care and happiness.
  • Availability to work most weekends and holidays.
