Responsibilities :

The Nurse Educator in the Labor & Delivery Unit will play a critical role in facilitating the professional development of Community Health System's (CHS) L&D nursing staff and ancillary staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety within our L&D unit. This position involves planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs, as well as providing mentorship to nurses. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will actively engage in patient care to maintain clinical competence.
