👩‍⚕️ About the Role :

As the RN Supervisor , you’ll provide both hands-on patient care and clinical leadership. You’ll guide and support nursing staff, ensure top-quality standards, and help shape a positive, patient-centered environment that values teamwork, growth, and excellence.

💉 What You’ll Do :

Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations in a busy Primary Care setting

Mentor, train, and support nursing and clinical staff to ensure exceptional care

Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and clinical standards

Collaborate with physicians and practice managers to drive efficiency and quality improvement

Lead and participate in survey readiness, safety, and quality initiatives

🎓 Qualifications :

Active Georgia RN License (Single-State or Compact) – Required

BLS Certification – Required

2+ years of RN experience (Primary Care or Ambulatory setting preferred)

Leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
