Inova Health - Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full-time night shift from Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.

Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities :
Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum.Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.Utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care.Minimum Qualifications :
Education : BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.Licensure : RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.Experience : 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experienceCertification : BLS from the American Heart Association.
